Levels 2 and 3

Jill’s swimming experiences began when she was six moths old in a parent child swim class, and have continued through today as a swimmer, swim instructor, and coach.  As a child and teenager Jill spent her summers swimming on the Eagle Ridge Swim Team, her winters swimming for TWST, and her freshman and sophomore years in high school swimming for the OPHS’ Girls’ Varsity Swim Team.  During her junior and senior years in high school Jill managed the OPHS Boys’ Varsity Swim Team before she began to teach swim lessons at the Southtowns YMCA to both children and adults.  While living in South Carolina, Jill continued her experiences as a swim instructor, as well as a camp counselor, after-school site director, and swim coach.  As part of the Columbia YMCA Aquatics Staff Jill, was involved in the formation of the Columbia YMCA Summer Swim Team and the Columbia YMCA Year Round Swim Team.  Jill’s coaching experiences here in Orchard Park include being the head coach for the Orchard Park Modified Swim Team during both the winter ‘01-02’ and ’02-‘03 seasons and being an assistant coach for TWST during the ’01-‘02 and ’02-’03 school years.
