Eric has been in the competitive swimming circle for nearly 20 years, and understands what it takes to properly prepare and motivate up-and-coming competitive swimmers.  For most of his swimming career he has been involved with TWST; from swimming for Coach Henry since age 10 to  coaching under Henry's tutelage on TWST over the last 10 years. 

Working with kids comes easy to him whether it is inside the pool or out.   Eric hopes his dedication to the sport of swimming, and to his swimmers, will lead them to many accomplishments.
